Summary : The Product Marketing Specialist champions the promotion of the Byrne brand and product offering, managing and publishing targeted content to drive engagement, brand awareness and revenue goals.
The Product Marketing Specialist will plan and execute strategic initiatives to increase customer adoption and retention of Byrne’s ecommerce portal and support sales and growth strategies across all channels.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Job Requirements :
Drive profitable growth through effective demand generation campaigns and customer experience enhancements.Plan and implement cohesive marketing programs for the Byrne brand, including messaging that is consistent and relevant for target segments.
Own, implement, monitor and scale automated programs and campaigns including, but not limited to, lead generation, lead nurturing, and personalized e-commerce communications.
In conjunction with e-commerce & web development teams, lead day-to-day website operations including web content management optimization.
Monitor website traffic and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities to improve discoverability, user experience and conversions.
Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to develop compelling positioning, messaging and programs to build awareness of the Byrne brand(s).
Identify and lead high-impact projects and leverage digital to improve the customer experience for long-term loyalty.Based on understanding of customer / segment needs, ensure sales force is fully armed with materials and messages in support of the sales strategy.
All other duties as assigned.Experience and Education Required :
BA or BS in Marketing or related field5 years in industry, sales and / or channel experienceKnowledge and Skills :
Advanced knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and toolsIn-depth knowledge of industry or customer segments, offerings / strategy and demand generation programsFamiliarity with and / or experience with marketing automation applicationsExperience with CRM applicationsExcellent written / oral communications and analytical skillsExcellent influence and consensus building-skillsAbility to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines
